Der Uploader versichert, dass alle im Filmbeitrag gezeigten Personen mit der Veröffentlichung einverstanden sind. Urheberrechte Dritter werden nicht verletzt. Der Uploader ist verantwortlich für etwaige Rechtsverletzungen und stellt Tellux Next GmbH sowie ihre Auftraggeber insoweit von allen Rechten Dritter frei, einschließlich der Kosten einer etwaigen Rechtsverfolgung. Mit dem Hochladen des Videos erklärt sich der Uploader mit einer Veröffentlichung des Beitrags auf bspw. YouTube, Facebook, etc. sowie der Bearbeitung seines Videos einverstanden.

The uploader is obliged to make sure that all persons shown in the submission agree to its publication. Third party rights are not violated. The uploader is responsible for any legal violations and indemnifies Tellux Next GmbH and their clients in this respect from all rights of third parties, including the costs of any legal action. By uploading the video, the uploader agrees to its publication on e.g. YouTube, Facebook, etc. and authorizes Tellux Next GmbH and their clients to editing of the video.
